IQVIA's own noncompete forum clause gets its lawsuit against Syneos dismissed
North Carolina's Business Court dismissed IQVIA's lawsuit against four former senior employees and rival Syneos Health on October 23, 2026, ruling that IQVIA's own noncompete agreements required disputes to be litigated in Delaware, not North Carolina. More than ten senior employees had left IQVIA for Syneos in recent years; four of them were named defendants, accused of breaching restrictive covenants, with Syneos accused of inducing the breaches.
