Indiana ABA technicians vote to join UAW union
Behavior technicians at Engaging Minds Autism Services' clinic in Peru, Indiana voted on Oct. 8, 2026 to join the United Auto Workers (UAW), according to the ABA Workers Union. This follows a 22-0 union vote in January at Circle City ABA's Kokomo clinic. The NLRB docket, reviewed Oct. 16, did not show a vote tally or certification; UAW Region 2B petitioned Sept. 8 for a unit of about 30 workers.
